Note: Customer is responsible of all local customs & customs duties including VAT where applicable.
While we truly hope you will enjoy your purchase, should you need to return an item, please send us a return request to administration@dreamoffame.com
We only accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date customer receives his order.  After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges.
We will not accept any returns or exchange on boxers and swimwear items. Sales on such items are final.
In case of product defaults or wrong delivered product, we will be glad to return the product for exchange or refund at free of charge. We will only accept returned items if it is in it's original packaging and original condition with all tags attached.
Notes:
1- Exchanges for another size or color, will be subject to availability
2- Shipping cost for exchanges shall be paid by the customer.
3- We will not be able to refund any local customs, duties or VAT paid by our freight partner during customs clearance of your order in your country.
4- In case of returns for refund, we will credit your account with only the net value of the products returned as shown in our invoice sent along with the shipment.
5- We will not refund the shipping cost.  We will credit your account the items net price before shipping.
