Q: How do I make a purchase? 

A: Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini bag’ at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process. If you have any problems, please contact customer care at any time 

Q: Can I order by telephone?

Q: Do you need an account to make a purchase/place an order on our site?

A: No, You don't need to have an account to make a purchase or place an order on our site. You can check out as "Guest".

A: If you would like to cancel or delete your account, please contact us and we will delete your account and send you a confirmation e-mail.

Q: How do I find a specific item? 

If you know exactly what you are looking for, you can search our online store under the Shop menu, or Once you have selected your desired category or brand, you can filter the listings further using the options on the left of the page. Throughout the site there is also a search function in the top header part, which can be used to look for products using keywords or a web code, if you know it. 

Q: How you can receive news about promotions, special offers and newly added items?

A: Please sign in to our newsletter in order to receive regular updates.

Q: What to do if you need assistance with choosing the correct size?

A: We have put in a great deal of effort to make sure you can choose your correct and accurate size in a simple and easy steps. However, if you still need assistance, kindly get in touch with us stating the specific products you are interested in and we will assist you with your request.

Q: What to do if you want to cancel or amend an order?

A: In case you would like to cancel or amend any order you already placed and payment was confirmed, please get in touch with us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  Kindly take note that we will not be able to cancel or amend an already shipped order. In this case, you will need to file an exchange/refund request.

Q: Can you claim an exchange or refund on products on sale?

A: Prices on products marked "SALE" are final and are not subject to refund. However, if you would like to exchange an item purchased on sale with the same style but in different size, this can be accommodated as long as the required size is still available. We do not accept exchange requests between different on sale styles.

Q: Which products cannot be returned for refund or exchanged?

A: In general all products can be returned for refund and/or exchange with exceptions to the following:

+ Swimwear and Underwear.

+ Products marked "Sale". Some restrictions applies.

Q: To which countries will you deliver?

Q: How will taxes and duties be affected? 

We offer 100% free shipping on all orders regardless of the order value. Note: Customer is responsible of all local customs & customs duties including VAT where applicable. for more details check our terms and conditions 

Q: What do you do to ensure safety? 

A: We comply with all appropriate health and hygiene standards in accordance with WHO guidelines. We maintain high hygiene in all our physical spaces and ensure that our people report to work only if they are healthy and fit. 

Our delivery partners continue to closely monitor the health of their drivers; Vehicles are disinfected daily, drivers wash their hands and use hand sanitizer regularly. 

Q: Are you running a regular delivery service? 

A: Yes - we deliver as usual.

Q: Will deliveries be contact free? 

Yes, contact free delivery is still available to request from  courier after delivery. 

Q: What payment methods does Dream of Fame accept? 

A: We accept the following major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Union Pay and Paypal. For customers in  If you have any questions, please contact After-pay. 

Q: What payment methods does Dream of Fame accept? 

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order: only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located will your order be accepted and the items shipped. At this point you will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable from our warehouse, we will try our best to locate them from our stores. If this is not possible you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock pieces and your payment for the items will not be processed. 

Q: What payment methods does Dream of Fame accept? 

We offer 100% free delivery worldwide regardless of the order value. 

Orders placed with authorized payment before 11am, will be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed with authorized payment after 11am may take up to the next working day to be processed. 

Dispatching time may vary from product to another. Please refer to each product page to find out the estimate shipping time for any specific product.
